Demo Access Explanation

Chalkwide offers a 7-day evaluation period to allow new users to assess the platform's features and suitability for their needs. This evaluation period begins from the date of your initial registration. No additional evaluation periods, free trials, or demo extensions are provided beyond this initial 7-day period.

Refund Eligibility

After the 7-day evaluation period, any purchase of a paid Chalkwide plan is considered final. Refunds are generally not permitted except in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same subscription.
  • Technical Billing Error:If a technical issue resulted in incorrect billing or overcharging.
  • Payment Deducted, Service Not Activated:If your payment was successfully processed, but your Chalkwide service was not activated.

To be eligible for a refund in these cases, the request must be raised within 7 days of the payment date.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • After the 7-day evaluation period has ended and a paid plan is purchased.
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with features after purchase.
  • Failure to use the platform or missed usage during the subscription period.
  • Requests made beyond the specified refund window.
  • Transfer of subscription to another user or account.

All payments made to Chalkwide are non-refundable and non-transferable except as outlined under "Refund Eligibility".
